The violin is our most popular instrument.

We have a large stock of violins of all sizes which we lend out to beginners for their first year.

Almost all pupils are able to join the Elementary String Orchestra in their 2nd or 3rd year, progress to the Junior String Orchestra and - when of Secondary school age - join the Kilkenny Youth Orchestra.
